Amy is a member of the firm’s litigation and risk management practices. Whether preparing a client for a deposition, drafting a legal brief in a complex business dispute or advising a client on how to optimize waivers and releases, Amy is dedicated to mastering the legal issues involved as well as understanding each client's unique business interests and needs.

 

Each day, Amy is helping clients create enforceable liability waivers, providing rapid response services, and providing best practice guidance to local and national businesses operating in the family entertainment, recreation, and amusement park spaces. In addition to risk management services, Amy handles insurance defense, commercial business litigation, and businesses transactional matters.
