Robert W. Hellner

Robert (“Bobby”) is a founding and lead litigation partner for Hellner Brandt. In his practice, Robert serves as both as both lead and national coordinating counsel for clients in the professional services, amusement park and major infrastructure industries. 

 

In 20 plus years of practice, Robert has represented over 1,000 private companies, worked with dozens of general and specialty liability insurance carriers, and appeared before a multitude of federal, state and local courts, federal and state agencies (including the EEOC and OSHRC), and arbitrators.

 

Along with his litigation practice, Robert leads the rapid response team for Hellner Brandt, providing national clients on demand legal consultation, defense and strategic leverage to successfully navigate unforeseen exposures, both large and small.
